Royalton Towers
KB²C's largest residential project to date was a matter of astute timing to ensure its full investment potential. After the success of BookBinder's Row, Old Town was ready for Royalton Towers, a six-story building constructed atop a four-story parking garage. The design presented complicated construction issues, but it was justified by the structural integrity of the garage coupled with economic savings and the positive impact on the neighborhood. The impressive red brick and limestone structure contains 44 luxury condominiums and 11 penthouses with expansive windows and balconies offering views of the Chicago skyline. It captured awards from the Homebuilders Association of Greater Chicago even before its completion.
