Theresa Dermody provides the organizational structure needed to effectively maintain KB²C's day-to-day functions. She coordinates all of KB²C's information systems, policies and procedures ... reducing project interruptions and thereby achieving maximum operating efficiency. Having the proper tracking tools in place also allows Theresa to examine financial information in a timely manner, accurately analyze trends, and then forecast solutions to secure profitability. In addition to overseeing personnel at the corporate level, she monitors and ensures compliance of all legal, financial, regulatory and insurance requirements, as well.
Chris Dermody's hands-on management keeps the construction cycle on track. He is directly responsible for supervising on-site crews, which includes overseeing field superintendents, subcontractors and KB²C employees. He also interfaces with the development team, sales staff and buyers to create a seamless course of action. With first-hand knowledge gained from 25 years as an independent business owner in single-family and multifamily construction, Chris is well equipped to tackle any situation that may arise. He can quickly pose cost-effective solutions that keep the project timeline in tact without causing cost over runs. He also serves as the liaison between the field staff and KB²C executives.
Mary Ellen brings over 13 years of administrative experience to KBC Inc. With a background in elementary administration and nursing it’s no wonder her efficiency is highlighted. Customer service and office management are under the perfect care when Mary Ellen is on board.
When she’s not tending to the demands of the office Mary Ellen likes to kick back with book or go camping with her family. She and her husband Martin are the proud parents of Coletta, Toby and Lena all of whom are in college with Coletta off to grad school!
Sandy has over 5 years of customer service skills and a tremendous bout of personality. Having her in the office always elevates a stressful day. Sandy’s work ethics go beyond the daily administrative tasks of answering phones and maintaining records.
When Sandy isn’t smiling at the office she’s spending time with her husband David, of 34 years. Or celebrating a birthday for one of her 3 children and 6 grandchildren! Fishing, swimming and boating are among her favorite things to do.
Robin brings over 15 years of accounting skills to KBC Inc. Managing the checks and balances of KBC Inc. is vital to our growth and development. Robin provides professionalism and accuracy in everything she manages. Prior to KBC Inc., Robin owned and operated a successful restaurant until she decided she wanted to spend more time with her family.
Robin has been married for 12 years and is the proud mother to her 18 year old son. When she’s not plugging away at numbers, you can find her singing in the church choir, spring boarding with her diving club and cheering the St. Louis Cardinals.
